  Yes, you’ll just need to edit the code. GTM is an easier way for non-coders to do it.

  Of course – you can hard code them.

  Whole purpose of GTM is so you don’t have to go back and forth with developers. What used to take weeks (trust me this is something we don’t want to go back to) can now we deployed in minutes.

  I think in GA4 you can without hard coding. I just GTM so I’m not too sure.

  Also don’t know why anyone is still using UA.
