Can one track the number of answered/unanswered contacts per employee on Facebook?

    Is there a way to see number of answered/unanswered posts, comments and inbox messages for a Facebook page per person?

    We’ve employed an agency recently to assist with an influx of customer queries but feel some are being missed or simply ignored. Without having to painstakingly check up on each inbox, comment and post individually, is there a way to see that x has replied to x amount of contacts compared to x?

    Social Bakers used to have a really robust FB integrated ticketing system that tracked replies, it was so expensive though. If you have zendesk, you can hook fb up to an inbox too with a ticketing system.

    Social studio can tell you that, but it still won’t give you 100%. If there’s 6 replies to a comment and you answer in one. it’s 5 unanswered comments.

    If you’re not seeing anything missed why on Earth do you think there are some missed?
