Can I comment under a reel to follow my page?
I’ve seen a lot of captions telling people to follow for more content especially ones from larger accounts, my post has got a million views now and I don’t want to edit the caption incase it messes up the reach.
Can I comment on my reel telling people to follow my page?
Update: I did it and it’s f*cked my engagement lol I’ve gone from 100 likes every minute to 20

this is a common issue when people comment on their reels to get more followers. It can mess up the reach of your post and cause your engagement to drop. I would suggest that you try to find other ways to get more followers, such as creating content that is engaging and shareable, using hashtags to reach a wider audience, engaging with other accounts, and promoting your page on other social media platforms. You can also use target ads or hire a growth service ( I’ve heard from many people about this one called Ascend viral) they can help you to get real followers organically.
Additionally, you can collaborate with other influencers to help spread the word about your page. Do challenges and giveaways to your followers. Just be consistent and creative and people will come for you.
