    Hi all,

I know this may not be the right subreddit, but struggling to figure out where to post this, and thought that as GMB is quite useful for SEO some of you guys might have an answer.

Anyway, my home has an associated management company who are pretty terrible.

Myself and thousands of others want to leave reviews on Google My Business, but the business owners keep listing themselves as closed, despite them being fully operational and in business.

Residents keep flagging the business as open and within 20-30 minutes, they’ve closed the listing again. I may be wrong, but isn’t this a breach of Google’s ToS? The business’ answer is that they don’t have to take part in Google’s Review System, but residents feel as though they are having their right to complain curtailed.

Is there anyway to report this to Google to prevent them from continually closing their reviews?

I don’t understand why an open business would want to be seen as closed on GMB?

Try leaving reviews for them on TrustPilot. They may find it harder to “close” the page down.
