Best Tools for Analyzing A Competitor’s Social Media
What are the best tools to get insights on social channels where you don’t have to connect social media passwords, aka we know their handles but not their passwords.
Looking for insights, feedback, frequency, engagement, demographic info and whatever other info would be available. Its OK the services recommended require paid subscription if needed.
Our client is looking for feedback on a social analysis, a social listening study, feedback and plan but is extremely protective of passwords, so have to go without. The company is not a huge global entity but a NFP with a fairly large local presence.What do you guys recommend? Paid or not. I really appreciate the help!

There’s a lot of free ones out there, but it depends on what platform and what you’re trying to see. Ingramer is a good one to start out with. Insisst is also really nice for IG

I would recommend Socialinsider – it is paid, but they do have a free trial where you can get pretty much what you need. I found the paid plan to be easily justifiable to clients.
