  Best tool to categorize ingoing messages on Instagram & Facebook

  I am searching for a possibility to create a KPI: How many story mentions were there in Month X? How many “real” questions and messages (longer than 10 characters) have been ingoing?

  Therefore, I guess it is necessary to find a third-party tool with which you can create filters in order to categorize. I found that Buffer Reply was exactly such a tool. However, it was discontinued.

  How do you create social media KPIs and what are the (low-budget) tools you recommend and use?
