bad conversion on website
hello so with my ppc strategy i can generate a lot of clicks ( 6k a day) but my conversion rate is very low ( 0.05%). actually I’m doing google search ads .do i need to change my focus for an e-Commerce brand .? If someone can check my website and give me a feed on what to improve on the website it will be very helpful.

PS: i’m selling imported japanese pop culture and i have a store in Tokyo where i sell directly to local and tourists. i try to get help everywhere and just need some guidelines and tips .Thank you

Firstly, I like your website and I wish you success with your business.
The problem is your website takes 10+ seconds to load, so I suspect a lot of visitors are bailing before your website is ready.
Pingdom’s website speed test takes 35 seconds to load your website.
Fix the loading issue, and I think you’ll drastically improve your conversion rate.

Love your website’s design! But as u/polygraph-net mentioned the speed is on the lower side.
I am interested in knowing what keywords are you targeting for your website? Because there are so many franchises and product on your websites?
Also, are you maintaining a healthy negative keyword list? 6000 clicks/ day will amount to a lot of money. How many are coming from relevant keywords? I would strongly recommend you to check that first.
Have someone audit your account as well – A lot of things can be easily fixed if there are problems on the account level.

I’d make sure you’re solely on the search / shopping networks and not on search partners or display as a quality check in addition to what everyone else has said about site speed and maintaining your negatives
