Are there better link shortening platform?
I’m rather frustrated with the changes Bitly has recently made and I’m looking for something better.
Sadly, I can’t pay for the upgrade that they now require to get what I used to be able to get previously without paying. But I like to have data to compare what platforms claim I’m getting in terms of traffic.

If you have access to the website for whatever accounts you manage, you can build your own link shortener and it will match your own website url instead saying bitly or tiny url etc.
And you can still track all of your data with whatever analytics platform you use.
You could build it yourself or, if you have an engineering team, they likely could do this pretty quickly. ChatGPT is another option and could probably give you the step by step instructions for how to do this.

I generally use TINYURL, it lets you custom make the name of your link so it’s pretty easy and ive been using for a few months without paying anything
