Are There Any Software Tools Which Recommend Keywords to Target With Content?
I know there are a ton of great tools for PPC which is more of my background, and for competitive analysis, but what if I’m working on a startup and I want to build traffic with a blog? Ideally, each blog post would be targeted to a specific keyword in my market.
I can get keyword volume manually for specific terms, but I can’t find a tool that will tell me how easily I can rank for these keywords based on my site’s DA and other factors.

Semrush has a content tool that is pretty amazing, takes your keyword and analyzes the serps to check how many words your content should be in order to rank really well for that particular keyword.

SemRush is a great tool for the purpose you need it.
Also, you could try SEOClarity.

use ahrefs search keywords or content ideas and set the filter to traffic minimum 1k RD max 5 then you can see how you could potentially rank with low competition,
