Are there any social scheduling tools out there that allow for customer interaction?
Specifically, I’m looking for a tool that will allow you to reply to comments on Facebook/Instagram and do retweets of other accounts on Twitter. Bonus points for the ability to build lists of pages/profiles on various social platforms to monitor. Thanks!

To be clear, do you mean reply to comments on Facebook/Instagram that appear on your own accounts, tweets that tag your account, or posts that are just within the platform?
Like, are you looking for a scheduling tool that has the actual platform feeds/interface housed within it or just a scheduling tool that houses all of your accounts and allows you to engage with people directly? If it’s the latter than a lot of paid platforms like Sprout have that kind of functionality.

I’m not sure this is what you are looking for, however, Hootsuite allows you schedule posts, post on multiple social media platforms, and interact with people on those posts.
Meaning it lets you comment, share, retweet, favourite, etc. right from their hub.
