Anyone have any luck getting back a locked facebook account?
Literally got locked out because of I was trying to make an ad for my Shopify store. They’re saying I was hacked! Password never was changed. I have photos of my grandma on there who passed away. I don’t even like Facebook I just want those back 🙁
Submitted my id multiple times and their reset link is always broken. I hate zuckerberg with a burning passion.

Yes. We have had success with business manager accounts.

Contact business manager accounts like someone else suggested. And did you have double authentication activated?

There should be a way to recover the account. What error message are you getting? Normally, Facebook will ask you to complete a capture code and pick friends you know, to test it’s really you trying to get back in.
Let this be a lesson that the cloud is volatile. Never store photos on Facebook. I hope you have a local copy as the photos on Facebook will be compressed like hell.

No luck for myself either. Submitted my ID multiple times. Twice I got email but like you the link doesn’t work to unlock the account. Submitted support requests multiple times as well through links I found while trying to find ways to contact FB support. They make it hard to find anyway of getting any support. I am still getting email notification from FB such as friend’s birthday which is really annoying and becoming more like spam mail now since I can’t even access my FB.
