I’ve had live support chat for 3 years now and randomly it’s gone. This is very frustrating because the ads I run constantly get flagged by the algorithm and I usually have to contact support to get them approved, which they always get approved.
Anyone ever regained the support chat feature after losing it, if yes how did you do it?
What type of industry are you running ads for? I have a couple of clients that get ads flagged a lot but I learned ways to reword things to make it more compliant.
I’m thinking about making a post going into detail on this sometime.
