Any advice of webpages with similar content but for different places?
I run a website for a college but we have the same masters program in different cities, so the way I set up the pages is that, each city has its own page but it has like 98% of the same content.
The only thing that changes is the city name and address.
Any advice in how to deal with repeated content but wanted to appear on first place in google in each city?

I find it quite amusing that people who want to DIY their SEO are usually *really* bad at googling things.

If you want the pages to rank by their content excluding the locations (since you mentioned there are multiple cities), you can choose to build the site using frameworks like React or Angular. Their component-based architecture makes reusing different aspects of pages quite efficient. Can’t say a lot about Angular, but React works on components built with classes and functions, and makes reusing them quite efficient.
