    Hi Folks!

New to this sub. I am part of a 3-person team at my small instructional design agency tasked with leveling-up our social media strategy. I’ve done some of this in the past at a smaller level for smaller orgs; that is the limit of my experience.

I notice that our CEO wants to incorporate “Let’s have a conversation” into about 1/3 to 1/2 of our posts. I “get” the reasoning behind this approach, but feel that (a) this phrase is overused these days, and (b) we are especially in danger of overusing it, and (c) there must be alternative phrases/invitations/hooks that are less hackneyed.

I’d appreciate any suggestions for alternative phrases or alternative approaches to invite folks to engage with our material–and ultimately, our services. Thanks in advance!

“we need to talk more about”
” This is not talked about enough”

Are they actually seeking a conversation on the platform where they want that phrase posted? Like if someone commented would a conversation with your company result right there in that setting — or does the CEO actually mean “contact us”? If it’s the latter, the call to action should be more precise, ideally, spelling out how someone who is interested would start said conversation (Message? Email? Call?)
