Aged Domain SEO question
Would an expired aged domain (2-15) years with little backlinks (10-100) from niche websites (Low-Medium DA) rank faster than a brand new domain that has never been registered before?
Or it won’t be that noticeable “boost” since it has very few backlinks? What about the age? would that help?

It depends.
Domain age itself does not matter. If the domain was offline for a while, ownerships changed multiple times, and content changed fundamentally multiple times, there might be no bonus at all. There might even be a penalty/malus if other SEO got their hand on this domain in recent years.

If the old content was similar to the new content then yes.
