Advice on LinkedIn Paid Promo
Hi there! I’m looking for advice on paid promotion on LinkedIn.
My company would like to put money behind a new hire post on our LinkedIn account. This new hire represents our expansion into a new area and the post links to the press release on our website. I would be targeting industry specific contacts in this new area. The goal is to promote the fact that we’ve expanded into this area with this new hire. When I asked if we wanted impressions or visits to our websites I was told both are good.Would you recommend boosting the post or creating an ad?
What kind of budget do you think would be best for something like this? I know that advertising on LinkedIn is more expensive than other networks. My company has previously approved a $10,000 budget for a different paid social campaign.
I have to write up a short proposal for the budget and I’m struggling. Any and all advice appreciated!
