Hi everyone. I’ve finally convinced my company we should be in the 21st Century, using Social Media to connect and communicate with our customers and prospects. I have personally been running an influencer channel myself with decent success.

Question: How should I measure success for my company’s YouTube channel?

I have learned on this sub not to get ‘obsessed’ with likes, subs, etc and I try to not obessess over them for my own channel. I use such metrics to give me indicators of what people like, but that’s about it. How do I give my company something concrete to measure though, so I can justify the resource expense?

Watch a video called “why you should like dislikes” you should watch the whole thing, somewhere around 5 minutes and 30 seconds you might find what you’re looking for.

    The channel name is Emplemon
