  Very general question, hard to answer but here’s something to think about:
  – do you have the expertise to run the website after purchasing it
  – looking at growth (organic traffic, return users, engagement, ranking keywords, traffic value)
  – Look at how optimize it is. Growing website with garbage SEO is often than not a gold mine.
  – how would you monetized it and make money

  While Buying a website then 1st thing to check out is earning
  Then analyse backlink profile it must be not spammy
