A false claim of trademark infringement has removed my Instagram account
Recently received an email from Instagram that a claim was made against my business account for trademark infringement. The notification provided the email address of the plaintiff and it was clearly fake – a play on the official email addresses we use, but fake. I immediately filed an appeal with Instagram, but have yet to hear anything. Since that time, I filed an additional two appeals using their online forms and replied to the email notification they sent claiming the fraud. Nothing.
I’m quickly losing all hope of recovering our years of work.

Not nice for you but an excellent example of why you should not count on 3rd party sites that you have no controll over.
