100% bounce rate
Hi,
We are using facebook ads but we have 100% of bounce rate. We think that the segmentation is correct, so we don’t really know what is not working.
The facebook ads aim and ours is get people (traffict) to our website and get possible leads.
Please do you have any advices for google ads?

Landing page is for sure very bad.

FB is very good at giving you what you ask for 🙂 Optimising for traffic quite often gives you a LOT of shit traffic. There are n-number of variables to consider: mismatch between your offer and the landing page experience, campaign optimisation, audiences, creatives.
Assume you are new at this – spend some time learning the basics.

Is this bounce rate metric based on Google Analytics reporting or Facebook ads manager reporting?

How many clicks have you received so far? Are you sure the tracking is implemented correctly? Do you actually want people to click on other pages or do you use a one-page landing page?
If you want people to actually contact your business, you should rather optimize your campaigns for conversions. Optimizing for traffic will give you traffic, yes, but that traffic’s quality can be abysmal.

Rule out the obvious first…
How many pages on your website? If only one then 100% is fine.
Are all your website pages properly tagged with Google Analytics? You can check using a tag checking chrome extension.
