    I think the answer can be made clearer.

    GSC gives data from Google searches. The data collection is from Google’s servers. They can see when a user clicks, where they go, and if they come back quickly (bounce). It can tell what they searched for (query) and it knows where they are searching from.

    GA gets data from the web site, using javascript that runs in the browser. It knows what pages they enter, stay on, click through to, and leave from. They know how they got to the site even if they got there through other search engines, or directly typing the URL.

    Very different tools.
