  Why would I get one sale with paid shipping ads but get sales with the free ads from merchant center?

  To preempt this, I’ve been doing paid search ads for 12 years as a freelancer and never ran into this problem.

  I’m completely stumped. I’ve spent around $400 in paid shopping ads, search ads targeting specific popular products, etc and I have received one order.

  Then, when my ads aren’t live, I get sales from my free merchant center ads? It’s either when I’ve paused them or it’s outside my scheduling.

  I’m extremely stumped. I have a chemical supply business that sells Zep cleaning products and other commercial and industrial supplies. So it’s not a ali express bullshit product dropshipping store.

  Any ideas?
