  Why is the ad recall lift rate on my Facebook ads plummeting?

  I’m currently running some brand awareness ads for a client that are single video ads on Facebook. Pretty straight forward stuff. When we first starting running the ads, we were getting an ad recall lift rate of around 14%, which was nice to see. It stayed there for about two weeks, but then the percentage started to plummet. Over about three weeks, the ad recall lift has now hit about 0.30%. We haven’t changed anything about the ads at all since we started running them, but we’ve been scratching our heads as to what happened. I can’t seem to find any info from googling, so I wanted to see if anyone here knows what’s going on.

  Also, as a side note, our targeting is set for Spanish language users and the ads are written in Spanish and the video is in Spanish if that’s useful to know.
