  Why are my accounts not growing?

  I have been posting on youtube (1 year) and Tiktok (2 years consistently), and while my engagement and views are amazing, i’m not getting followers. I’m a small account (230 subscribers YT and 3.5k TT) but i average 1k -30k views. I know to build my community but i honestly don’t know how. I know people like my videos, but how can I make them like “me”? I would love any tips or maybe a channel review? I’ve don’t soooo much research and with no feedback I honestly don’t know what i’m doing wrong and it’s frustrating.
