  Where can I get the best full Infiniti service near ICAD?

  I’ve been going back and forth on this for weeks and I still can’t decide where to take my car, so I’m hoping someone here has actually been through it and can give me a straight answer rather than a sales pitch. My 2017 Infiniti QX50 is due for a proper service and I’ve been putting it off because the last place I used was a disaster. They charged me for a full service, told me everything was checked and fine, and then a month later I found out the brake fluid was way past its best and the cabin filter looked like it hadn’t been touched in years. That experience has made me paranoid about who I trust, and I’d rather drive a bit further to someone competent than use whoever happens to be closest. What I’m looking for is the best full Infiniti service near ICAD, somewhere that actually goes through the whole checklist rather than just changing the oil and calling it a day. I want somewhere that will tell me honestly what needs doing now versus what can wait, because I can’t afford to do everything at once but I also don’t want to ignore something important and have it turn into a bigger problem. I’d also like someone who explains things in plain language rather than blinding me with jargon and hoping I’ll just nod along. Has anyone here actually built a relationship with a garage in the ICAD area and been consistently happy with the work? I’d really appreciate hearing roughly what you’ve paid for a full service and whether they’ve ever tried to upsell you on things you didn’t actually need. Any genuine recommendations would mean a lot because I’d rather establish a relationship with one good place than keep rolling the dice every time something needs doing.
