What’s the most underrated traffic source you’ve actually had success with?
Posted by on March 25, 2026 at 8:04 amEveryone talks about the big, obvious ones, but I feel like there are solid options out there that just don't get mentioned enough because they don't have the same marketing budget behind them.
I've been experimenting with some smaller networks lately and am honestly surprised by the results. Sometimes, the less hyped options have cleaner traffic and more responsive support just because they actually need to earn your business.
Curious what sources people have quietly been running that don't get brought up in these threads much. Not looking for the obvious answers, more interested in what's actually been working for people that flies under the radar.

Its always the usual suspect. Search and Shopping. Although Meta has improved greatly

tiktok shop ads if ur product is impulse. CPM 60-70% lower than meta, cleaner traffic, ROAS consistently better. problem is tiktok doesn’t have pixel learning like meta, u need volume to train it.
google shopping is sleeping compared to 3 years ago. less competition, intent-based traffic, CPCs dirt cheap. most people don’t know how to structure campaigns and lose money in 2 weeks.
but real talk: channel doesn’t matter if ur product doesn’t convert on ur own site. i can run the same thing on 10 channels and 8 fail. the metric almost nobody looks at is LTV vs CAC. if ur CAC is $20 and ur LTV is $25, any channel is trash. if ur LTV is $120, even dirty channels work.
