  • What tools are you using to manage the business side of being a creator?

I feel like everyone talks about editing apps and scheduling tools but nobody talks about the business side

tracking pitches, knowing your rates, managing brand deals, etc.

I've been piecing together my own system but curious what everyone else is using. What's been a game changer for fellow creators out there?

Managing the business side is so much harder than the content part! I’ve been trying to keep my ‘brand’ stuff separate from my personal files. For things like link-in-bio pages or quick portfolios, I’ve just been using Tiiny Host to get them online fast without having to learn how to actually build a ‘real’ website. It’s helped me keep my pitches looking tidy while I figure out the bigger stuff like rates and tracking deals.

For me, the business side includes a Stan Store, Mail Chimp, and now Zapier, as well as my website.

Notion is the only thing that keeps my pitch tracking and contract cycles from collapsing into a pile of missed emails and unpaid invoices.
