    They are prepping for a huge price hike. My legacy plan is about to cost 3x as much which is just unreasonable for me.

    Any recommendations for a similar content optimization/audit tool? That's the only part of Surfer I need, I have other tools for research and strategy.

    Edit: subreddit rules say no links, just drop a platform name please that you like and I'll go find it myself.

    Came here looking for the same thing. Mine will be 6 times as much. Not worth it as its not as good as it used to be, thats for sure.

    All those on-page SEO tools are useless. They’re literally selling snake oil. They’re the SEO equivalent of AI detectors.

    Quit using Surfer and you’ll see that it doesn’t have any impact on your rankings.

    I like Page Optimizer Pro. Frase isn’t bad either.

    I would also check out MIRENA by Kevin Maguire. It’s a GPT, but in my opinion, it is way better than any of these Surfer-like tools.

    It won’t just do content briefs and generate content. It will also help you build topical maps.

    And it’s way cheaper than any of these other tools.
