  Social media feels better when you stop trying to “win” it

  I used to treat every post like it had to perform well. Good lighting, good caption, good timing everything calculated.

  Lately I’ve just been posting whatever feels right in the moment, and weirdly, I enjoy it more even if it gets less engagement. It feels less like a competition and more like just sharing again.
