Schema for a boat tour

Is there a better way to do this? For example a tourist trip.
It looks like I’d lose the start rating, but would Google give better results?

You can do schema for your location, and event based. Similar to how you see movie times in the preview, the same principle can be applied to your boat tour windows. Do ratings, pricing, location, schedule timing.
Another thing, get a citation building service to list your business in as many indexes as possible (yelp, facebook, etc)
