Hi I have a few questions

Can you use a copyrighted song in a reel which promotes my product?

How are influencer promo posts deals made. Do I just say “hey can you post this to your feed” and paypal $200 to them and expect them to do it. And expect them not to delete it after a few days? Or do I need to send them an electronic contract or something?

Pay them upfront or half and half when they’re done?

What’s the minimum following the person should have for it to be worth?

I assume business also pay for stories? How are those priced vs a post?

What if I suspect someone has some fake followers, should I offer them less than $10/1000 followers?

    Thank you

Yeah, you should send the contract and you can put that the influencer cannot delete it.

They can use the music that is available on Instagram, as they have the rights. But if you are manually adding it, then they might get the copyright which is rare but the possibilities are there.

I’m guessing you are approaching an influencer that has around 20K followers, so yeah that’s a good deal, but see how it is gonna help your brand.

Idk what you are selling, but first see if it is really going to be helpful for you or not.

Mind sharing details about what product you wanna promote?
