Posting quotes on instagram.
Posted by on April 5, 2021 at 8:03 amHello! I recently started a new Instagram professional account. I want to post different quotes. So let’s say there is an awesome quote about hair on Pinterest. I want to use the same quote but of course, it will have different graphics (I may create them in canva).
My question is if this is legal. Am I free to use a quote without worrying that I shouldn’t post it or I should give attribution, share the original post, etc.
By the way, I plan to monetize my Instagram if I succeed to grow it.
I’d be happy to get a reply on this.

You can quote whoever you want as long as you give credit. The entire media industry is based on quoting people.
