PLAs down for 72+ hours // Alcohol Advertisers
Hi guys,
Just wondering if any other advertisers in the alcohol industry encountered critical failures across shopping and PMAX campaigns over the last 3-5 days.
I manage a decent annual spend in the alcohol vertical and had all product listing ads offline for the best part of 5 full days. Search/display were functional during this period. Being offline for this amount of time has cost us a significant amount in lost revenue.
The issue has just been resolved by the global engineering team in the last few hours and I'm now wondering whether their explanation that this has impacted multiple accounts across the alcohol industry is reliable.
Did you experience this? If so, for how long?
