  META AB Testing Tool Not Available

  Hello,

  I have been working with META’s Ads Manager for over 10 years in many different jobs and I have always had access to the AB Testing capabilities.

  I just started working at a new company and when logged into their business manager, the Experiments Tool is nowhere to be found. I went to their help center, and found the link to the Experiments Tool, but when I click on it, it takes me to the tool but under my personal META account. When I change it to the company business entity on the top-left corner of the page, I get the following error:

  ***Sorry, this content isn’t available right now***
  *The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you’re not in.*

  For context, the business manager account for this company is 2 months old and has ran about 5 campaigns since then.

  I am wondering if this is a permission issue, however, I have full access as a business admin and have admin access to all assets in the business manager.

  Does someone know what might be happening? Is it because the account is too new?

  I’ve never had this issue before. HELP!
