Its a scam, but how long does it take for google indexing ? I don’t think it has ever taken longer than 5 hours and i have seen it in under an hour.

Forbes, CNN, BBC takes seconds after release. If you get crawled every second of the day by Google and you are a trusted source youll get indexed. On top of that those aforementioned sites will just rank. Page 1.
People who dont understand will sign up, pay, and then abandon SEO when they see nothing happening on their DR0 (no backlinks) website.
