Is there a way to use Meta Business Suite which isnt terrible?

I’m not sure if I’m using it incorrectly or its just poorly designed.
I cant manage all of the functions from my mobile device so I’m restricted to using my laptop.
It is not intuitive at all and I’m constantly lost trying to find leads that have been generated.
I would love a simple way to view leads (and ideally respond through FB Messenger), however I have only found out how to download the leads as a csv or excel. Plus once I download the leads as a csv and return later, only the new leads will download and the existing ones are unavailable, meaning I will have like 20 separate files containing different data.
Am I using it incorrectly or does Meta Business Suite just suck?

It’s truly terrible. I feel like I have to check 3 different apps for a comprehensive view of messages, notifications, etc.

Never had issues with it and I’ve been using it for many years. Have run multi-million dollar campaigns for numerous companies without issue.
Always amazed that so many struggle with it. I don’t see Twitter or LinkedIn having better business platforms. Meta’s is far and away better than what they offer.

It’s utter trash. I can only see Instagram boosts on the desktop site and only see running ads on the mobile site. I’ve lost track of how many different website variations there are of the desktop site too, I never know which one to use.
It’s buggy AS FUCK on the app, trying to get through messages and notifications on there is a nightmare. For some messages or post replies I get an email notification, some show up on the ads manager app and some on the Facebook app. Every reply I make to comments pops up on there too, I can’t seem to find a way to turn off notifications every time I make a comment in response to someone. When I try deleting my own reply notifications on there they don’t disappear until I reboot the app, which I have to do continuously to refresh it. It’s so half baked it embarrassing.

As someone that briefly did social media work Meta, even Meta didn’t understand the business suite. ? This was right before the name change and the product manager in charge of the mini app we were working on had to consult others lol.
