Is Google Search Console telling the truth?

How is it then that a client has been able to contact me through my website form , and the search console reported 0 clicks in the last few days?

GSC is for tracking visitors who searched for your site on Google and clicked on the link to your site. It shows impressions and clicks from search results.
If the client clicked on a link in Bing, or typed in your URL directly, then GSC won’t track that.
