Is Goodle Audience Targeting using AND or OR Rules

Audience Segment: Flooring
Demographic: Males Only, 35+ only
Keywords: FlooringDoes the above mean that someone must hit all criteria in order to be targeted?
Or does this mean they must be in the Flooring Audience Or be male and 35+ OR search for flooring, etc?

I have always assumed AND

Audiences of the same type are OR while audiences of a different type are AND
eg; if you have 2 or more Affinity audiences & 2 age groups and 1 gender it will Match like this;
(Affinity #1 **OR** Affinity #2) **AND** (Age #1 **OR** Age #2) **AND** Gender
in your example it is all AND
