Incorrect Flagging on Google Ads? Support can’t fix ! SOS
Posted by on May 4, 2023 at 8:41 amGoogle ads Keeps flagging my campaign as “Eligible (Limited), All ads limited by policy”, Have tried getting in touch with google ads support many times but their response is almost always the same, they text standard text saying that the ads or the website is related to gambling, real money playing or there are urls on my website linking to gambling websites.
However none of this is correct the website i’m promoting is Providing B2B iGaming software and there is nothing on the website that can be similar of what google ads support tells me.
Average monthly spending is 15K + totally the account has 120k Spend during last year. Any ideas how i can solve the problem?

Maybe there’s a indirect link to gambling within the game you’re promoting? I think that could count towards the policy, but I’m not entirely certain.

Try to add a text in the footer saying something like: “This website is not related to gambling or any kind of illegal games…”
Google for it.
I do Google Ads for a Portuguese Citizenship company and I had to add a text like this to say that I’m not promoting a government service.
