I will leave the company very soon and I wonder what good screenshots of results should I get for my portfolio while I still have access as admin.

I’ve grabbed screenshots inside Meta Business Manager inside the Insights section and have set the date to a year. Is that good enough?

I wasn’t really tasked to report the results and was focused more on content creation. Our marketing manager did all the reporting, so I really have that much of idea of what made our campaign good or effective.

Tread carefully as you don’t want to be accused of taking internal company data.

Generally speaking, portfolios include final creative (assets) and topline headline stats. In-depth analytical stats aren’t really relevant.

A portfolio is there to showcase your creativity. If you put sensitive data in there, it is a huge red flag for future employers.
