IG growth for my travel blog
Posted by on July 11, 2023 at 3:18 pmI have a travel blog on Instagram, but I’m struggling to grow my follower base. I post stunning travel photos and use popular hashtags, but growth has been slow.
Any tips?

You’re in an extremely saturated/competitive niche. Stunning photos and hashtags alone are not going to get you much traction, outside of some luck or getting your photos featured on external sites.
You need to find a way to separate yourself from others and bring personality/authenticity to your page. Talk with interesting locals, discover hidden gems and find ways to make people feel like they’re missing out on an authentic experience.
You can also try to collaborate with other/bigger creators and post your photos on popular travel/review sites to build up a reputation.
