Probably one that encourages people to go out and do things together.
Don’t ask me how this concept would work, but right now all these apps incentivize scrolling and its just furthering the inevitable dystopia we’re falling into.

First of all – I would not want $50 billion dollars – it would bring too much attention and harrassment.

Because they dominate conversations, get exploited with irrelevant content, etc. No hashtags forces you to find your preferred content producer or keeps your stream with conversations you want to see.
