    Uhm. What’s the product?
We usually pick a primary but try to also target secondary ones and semantic ones. Esp. if they’re longtail versions of the primary one.
    Is that not an option?

If you search these terms on Google, is any URL ranking on page 1 for all 4 terms?

Choose one. 4 different articles for 1 product was the old school of SEO. Google’s semantic intelligence pairs like with like. It’ll also be a cleaner sitemap on your side and less work.

I would write one longer article that uses all 4 terms and explains that they all mean the same thing.

I’d find the keyword which has the fewest results and highest search volume and create content around that.

You *could* write 4 different articles which target the keywords, but only if you can provide unique content on each one. If your keywords are too similar, you might want to just bundle them all into one article.

Google Trends can help you find which keyword to target. There are plenty of other tools which can show the difficulty of keywords and questions.

I mean, it depends on the keywords. If they’re pretty related I would say put it all in a single page. Unless they each have gigantic subtopics and that it might make more sense to put them in separate articles. Unless they’re completely unrelated in which case you would want them in separate articles as well.

You’re basically asking people to tell you what’s the fastest way to get from point a to point b, without telling them where point a is or point b is or you’re available travel options.
