How to Price + Set Deliverables for managing an “influencer’s” TikTok?
Posted by on March 23, 2021 at 6:02 pmHello – hoping to get some insight on how SMM price themselves and set weekly or monthly deliverables when it comes to managing someone’s TikTok.
I run a social media agency however we are adding TikTok management for an influencer/personality for off road racing.
Typically for all other platforms we charge a retainer fee for full content creation and management per platform for 4 posts/week.
TikTok is a little different than IG or FB when it comes to creating a personality behind videos so it will highly depend on this person to create content that we can edit and post.
How have you gone about managing and pricing out TikTok management? Thanks for any feedback!

You could start with a retainer plus hourly and expenses model. Then just invoice each month.
Unless you develop “standard” packages for a specific kind of influencer, it would be really hard to charge a known rate I think.
