Posted by on May 1, 2026 at 9:57 pmFirst of all I'll tell you what to do if your Instagram is suspended, NEVER APPEAL in app i said NEVER because if you have more than 1 account logged in your device after suspension of one account the other account is also at risk of getting banned due to multiple account shitty policy. If you want to appeal in suspended account first log out in app and log in through Safari, chrome, or any browser you've never used Instagram in. This will increase the chances of your account getting back + you haven't risked your other accounts.
If your account is restored, change PFP and switch account type to PRIVATE, for few days and weeks. this will decrease the chances of getting banned again and again

NEVER Spam in DM'S, Don't Abuse in Gc's because privacy on Instagram is nothing they can literally read your DM's also. And try not to login with multiple Ip's in your account. Try not to use proper words like Money,Sex,fuck etc always use wrong spellings. Make your account private IF YOU CAN, private account doesn't get banned frequently compared to public one's.
