Here is my ranking:

TikTok: 9/10
IG: 6/10
FB: 4/10
YT: 8/10
TW: 8/10 (controversial but the recent algorithm changes and switch to 2 different feeds actually made it better for me)
Reddit: 7/10 (hit or miss, it usually needs a couple of hours to keep me entertained but does a good job overall)

Hey, not really, I think it is not diverse enough and I miss a lot of updates that are of interest form me (I refer to FB, Instagram). Reddit is good, Tiktok fine as well
