  Hi there! I need some advice on website health “cleanup” and DA ranking.

  I am using AHREFS to evaluate a website I am doing some work on. In order of importance, what things are most important to clean up first versus items that are not so important? Secondly, I am trying to do some link-building to increase my DA, and I am trying to locate decent-quality blogs where I can post quality content ( paid ). Is Icopify any good? Any recommendations? I do not mind paying for quality links. I understand how to review these sites using AHREFS etc. Thanks!
