  Help: Google Ads Conversions are 0 but utms & GA4 are populating

  Hi everyone,

  I have a YouTube campaign driving leads after visitors submit a form.

  I have a conversion event in GA4 that is sending to my Google Ads account and is the only conversion event in the account (set as primary).

  I’ve had my YT campaigns running for 4 days optimizing for leads.

  I have 100+ submissions mapped to my YT utm but Zero conversions in my ads account and on my campaign.

  I’ve been troubleshooting with Tag Manager and can confirm the event is firing correctly to my Google Ads Tag.

  It’s been firing for months. FB, TikTok, Snap and Reddit campaigns are working just fine optimizing for this event.

  Any thoughts?
