  Help asap! – Facebook messaging ad campaign

  Hi guys, let me explain what’s happening here because I am not even sure I know.

  So, I’ve been running ads with this company for a while now, and since December (no changes made before or after) they started receiving long url-like messages that went like this:

  *Link*
  *fb://video/3355489851245647811?creation_time=554889645521445source_url=https..*.(it goes on and on) then by the end there’s a question (that we have set as faq in the ad).

  The problem is that the company doesn’t want to receive messages like this. Any idea what could be happening here and if there’s anything I can do to fix it?
