Has anyone used a w-9 for Google Advertising Verification?

Just wondering if anyone was able to use a w-9 for advertising verification. I’ve had a couple reps that seem to not be sure even though it shows the businesses EIN number. I just don’t want to submit things incorrectly and clients are giving me a lot of kick-back with the documents I’m requesting. sigh. Location- USA

Google says what docs you need, once you pick your location on the first drop down. Show that to your clients as here are limited docs you can use:
